Zighizaghi es un multi-sensorial jardín urbano creado por OFL Arquitectura para Miliashop que se deriva de una colaboración con la granja Parque Cultural.
Los resortes del proyecto de la necesidad de crear un lugar acogedor para los ciudadanos de Favara, mientras que donan de forma simultánea a la ciudad un espacio público en forma innovadora de la combinación perfecta de la madera y la vegetación.
El deseo de Milia expresar su vínculo con el campo de la biología ha servido como la génesis del proyecto, que se inspira en formas que las abejas son capaces de replicarse: hexágonos.
El proyecto consiste en dos niveles: la horizontal (el suelo) y la vertical (los sistemas de iluminación). El nivel horizontal se pretende como una agregación de elementos de madera hechos de contrachapado fenólico y nudos de okoumé, y está diseñado para asumir diferentes configuraciones gracias a la modularidad y la flexibilidad de su geometría.
El nivel vertical, por el contrario, se compone de seis prismas de color rojo de catorce lados, designado Súper vainas, compuesto de un cuerpo luminoso y un altavoz. Estos elementos tridimensionales, creado como un homenaje a “Pfff” (el pabellón inflable hecha por Citivision y Granja Parque Cultural), ahora se utilizan con el objetivo de “contaminantes” afueras de la ciudad a través del arte y la arquitectura.
Gracias a su carácter interactivo, Zighizaghi transforma su espacio externo en un entorno dinámico en el que la música actúa como vehículo entre la naturaleza y los visitantes.
Las tecnologías sociales, la arquitectura y la vegetación convierten Zighizaghi en un entorno íntimo y regenerativo que está equipado con un sistema de riego automático y plantas mediterráneas seleccionado específicamente para encajar con el contexto ambiental.
